  • Development of electronic packaging processes using sacrificial polymers for low-loss high-frequency signal transmission in interconnects, and unchanged resonance spectra in microelectromechanical systems
  • Development of electroless metal deposition processes for improved microelectronic devices
  • Design, fabrication and hydrodynamic modeling of microcantilever-based density & viscosity sensors for characterization of supercritical media
